Why don't I see the area to upload a push certificate on the Settings page as described in the Getting Started Guide?

You do not see the area to upload a push certificate because you do not have access to upload a push certificate. Only certain Kahuna users have access to upload a push certificate; unfortunately we cannot give other users permission to upload a push certificate. Therefore you must either have someone on your team who has access upload the certificate or send it to support@kahuna.com and someone will upload it.
