When should I use a real-time campaign?

A real time campaign is related to time-sensitive actions and goals.  If you’re hoping to capture a user within a specific given period of time, a Real Time campaign is best. Currently, Kahuna offers Conversion Push. Here are three common internal use cases for creating a real-time campaign:

 

• Do we want to decrease cart abandonment by reaching a user when they have shown immediate intent to buy?

 

• Do we want to improve account creation by reaching a new user who just started the log-in process, but hasn’t completed it?


• Do we want to communicate with a user soon after purchasing or completing another very special, key action?
