Automatic and One-Time campaign results

‘All Campaigns’ View

Segment: The segment of users who were targeted in the campaign.

Days in Segment: (Automatic Campaigns Only) The number of days a user has been in the segment, or Engagement State.

Delivered: The total number of users to whom a push has successfully been delivered.

Engagement Rate: The percentage of users who came became more engaged after receiving the campaign. If a control group is present, this metric will not include users who became more engaged and were in the control group.

Engagement Uplift*: The percentage of uplift in more engaged users seen in the messaged group when compared to the control group. If more than one message is present, this will compare the average engagement rate of the messages to the control group.

Goal Uplift*: The percentage of uplift in goals achieved seen in the message group when compared to the control group. If more than one message is present, this will compare the average goals achieved of the messages to the control group.

*Only when a control group is used in the campaign will these metrics be present.

If uplift is negative, the control group is outperforming the messaged or average of the messaged group. When you see negative uplift, go to the campaign detail page and check if all of your messages are being outperformed by the control group or if only the average is underperforming.

Campaign Detail View

People Selected: The number of users who meet the filter criteria for a campaign and are push enabled. (This number does not include the users who are eligible for the campaign and included in the control group)

Control Group People Selected: The number of user who meet the filter criteria for a campaign and are push enabled, but will not receive the campaign because they have been randomly selected to be in the control group and the message was withheld.

Note: Only campaigns which added a control group when the campaign was created will contain this metric.

Scheduled: The number of users who have not yet been pushed to, but will receive the campaign today. They will remain in the scheduled bucket until it is his/her ‘Send Optimal’ time (if using Send Optimal delivery functionality).

Delivered: The total number of users to whom a push has successfully been delivered.

Undeliverable:

  • Rate Limited: The push cooldown period has not yet passed and therefore the user is not eligible to receive another push. The push cooldown period, a custom global parameter set for your account, is the length of time that must pass after receiving a push before another push can be received.
  • Previously Uninstalled: The user has unistalled the app and can no longer be reached.
  • No Longer Valid: I think that means the Push_token is being reported back from Apple or Google as no longer valid
  • Parameter Error: it means that we originally thought the user was push-enabled but they turned out not to be. This is discovered when we ping Apple or Google servers in an attempt to push to the user.

More Engaged People: The number of people who have received the campaign (i.e. were in the People Selected, Delivered group) and came back to the app within 48 hours.

For One-Time Campaigns, the results will also show how many people came back from each Engagement State.

Goals Achieved: The number of users who achieve the desired result (goal) within 48 hours

Engagement Rate by Groups: The percentage of users who came became more engaged from each message group (if more than one message and/or a control group was used in the campaign).

Goals Achieved per 1,000:

Uplift: The percentage of uplift of goals achieved from the baseline. The baseline will always be the lowest performing message and/or control group.

Date: The number of users per 1,000 who will achieve the goal from the messaged group.
