How is engagement rate defined?

Engagement rate measures the number of people who open your app within 48 hours after receiving a campaign.The 48 hour timeframe over which engagement rate is calculated cannot be changed at this time. 

Engagement rate is a percentage calculated based on:

  • Number of messaged users who returned to the app
  • Number of users delivered a message.

An engagement will only be counted toward the most recent campaign received.
