After a user receives a push notification, a designated period of time must pass before they are eligible to receive another push. This period of time is called the Push Cooldown. You can find your Push Cooldown on the 'Settings' page in this box:
To prevent spamming your users, you can choose the Push Cooldown period. If Push Cooldown is 6 hours, a user cannot receive more than one message in a 6 hour window. If you would like to change your Push Cooldown period listed on the ‘Settings’ page, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
